Brittany Testone, a native of Syracuse, NY began her dance education as a scholarship recipient at Center of Ballet and Dance Arts, under the direction of Deborah Boughton. She continued her studies at LINES Ballet, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Washington Ballet, Boston Ballet and New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she graduated with honors, receiving a BFA in Dance and minor in history. At Tisch, she had the privilege of performing works by Seán Curran, Cherylyn Lavagnino, Deborah Jowitt and Josh Bergasse. In addition to Buggé Ballet, Brittany is an artist with ToUch Performance Art and Carol Mendes and Artists. She is also an apprentice with the Seán Curran Company and had the honor of performing in “Left Exit” at the Joyce Theater. She has performed as a backup dancer and has appeared in several music videos, including Charlene Kaye’s “Animal Love I”, which has been accepted into music video festivals across the country. Brittany is very excited to be a part of Buggé Ballet and would like to thank Nicole for giving her this opportunity and her family for their constant love and support.
